Returns & Exchanges

No Restocks. Ever.

Doggy Style Society produces in limited quantities. Once a piece sells out, it is archived — not discounted, not restocked. This is by design. Scarcity is the point. If you want it, get it before it's gone.

No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, size exchanges, or buyer's remorse. Each piece is crafted to order, and our presale model means we produce only what is sold.

Defective Items — 14-Day Exchange

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange. A manufacturing defect is defined as:

  • Seams that are unstitched or separating at time of delivery
  • Fabric tears or holes not present as part of the intended design (e.g., shredded knee details are intentional)
  • Hardware failure (zippers, D-rings, snaps) at time of delivery
  • Incorrect item received (wrong product, wrong size, wrong color)

To request a defective exchange, email iam@gonorv.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Approved exchanges will be replaced with the same product in the same size and color. If the item is no longer available (no restocks), a store credit will be issued.

What Is Not a Defect

  • Variations in dye tone within the same colorway (our pieces are garment-dyed in small lots — slight variation is a mark of authenticity, not a flaw)
  • Shredded or raw-edge details (these are sealed with organic thread and are intentional design elements)
  • Sizing that doesn't match your expectation (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)
  • Softening or texture changes after washing (our Butta fabric is designed to get softer with wear)

No Discounts

We do not offer discounts, promo codes, or sales — ever. Prices may increase on future drops, but they never go down. If you see a discount code claiming to be from Doggy Style Society, it is not legitimate.
