Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through doggystylesociety.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Payment

Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are in US Dollars and include applicable taxes where required by law.

Presale Purchases

Orders placed during a presale period are charged immediately. The presale window for our inaugural collection runs through September 10, MMXXVI. Production begins after the presale closes. Items will ship after production is complete — see our Shipping Policy for details.

By purchasing during presale, you acknowledge that delivery will occur after the presale window closes and production is completed.

No Returns, No Restocks

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except for manufacturing defects reported within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.

Products are produced in limited quantities. Once sold out, items are not restocked. We do not offer discounts or promotions.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual color of the product. Our Butta fabric is garment-dyed in small batches — slight color variation is a hallmark of authentic craftsmanship.

Sizing

Please consult the size guide on each product page before purchasing. As all sales are final, we recommend careful sizing selection. If you are between sizes, contact us at iam@gonorv.com before placing your order.

Shipping

Shipping costs and timelines are detailed in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Warranty

Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 14 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage caused by the customer.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, or labor disputes.
